Hey there!

quick question: i was reading somewhere that it's not enough to start with fresh ink before tattoo, its only necessary to clean/replace the tube that transports the ink. That is because blood can enter in there from one person, and it remains in there if the tube is not cleaned/replaced.
is that correct?

2nd question: are u guys licensed by the state?
