The smallest segment ring we carry at the moment is a 16g, which is typically used for a HEALED lobe, lip, nostril, or septum. A segment ring isn't standard or ideal for an initial piercing because the space between the segment can harbor bacteria, which can cause a nasty infection. Instead, a captive bead ring, or nostril screw is used for an initial nostril piercing; both at a substantially smaller 18g, or more popular, 20g.
Just as a reminder, if you are a minor you will need the proper documentation to be pierced:

1) Your state issued i.d.
2) Your parents state issued i.d.
*Both must be valid & last names & addresses must correlate*
3) Your original birth certificate
*the state requires it to be the original & not a copy so that the seal is visible*
**Your parent must be present in the room during the piercing**

$45 or $55 depending upon your jewelry choice. We also have a complete aftercare kit for $25 with everything you need to take care of your new piercing. You will save about $15 as opposed to if you bought what you need out at a grocery or drug store.
